I have not been able to sleep for two weeks so I decided to make a list of things that often prevent me from sleeping.
1. My family’s 6 dogs that bark all through the night (There’s no glass on my windows, just screens)
2. My room is over 90 degrees (For real, I checked a thermometer)
3. Chirping lizards
4. My sheets are soaking wet with sweat
6. The neighbors are singing kareoke at a deafening volume
Though I will say that last night all of these issues were absent and I still couldn’t fall asleep. Though the dogs were kind enough to wake me up once I had fallen asleep.
